Michael & Mattis are based between New York and Oslo. Maybe that’s why their music has such an unique feel. Blending the sensual oddity of norwegian labels as Sex Tags Mania and the ongoing musical heritage of NYC in hip-hop, disco and house, they produce twisted house jams that manage to remain raw and catchy at the same time. “Hoes Before Bros”, their debut EP for Hivern, features three tracks that display the assorted edges of their sound.
